1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sarid Run ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Health & Training Waiver. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sarid Run.

2. Description of Service

Sarid Run is an AI-powered running coach that:

• Syncs with your Garmin Connect account to import fitness data.
• Uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate personalized training plans, coaching advice, and workout recommendations.
• Provides tools for training plan management, activity tracking, and health reporting.

The Service is provided for informational and fitness tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Health & Training Waiver for complete disclaimers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address and create a password.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Health & Training Waiver.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscription & Billing

Sarid Run offers a free trial period upon registration. After the trial period ends:

• A paid subscription is required for continued access to premium features (including advanced AI models).
• Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Abuse the AI coaching features (e.g., using the Service to generate content unrelated to fitness coaching).
• Overload the Service with automated requests or scripts that degrade performance for other users.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sarid Run. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal fitness data, training plans, or other content you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. AI-Generated Content

Coaching advice, training plans, and other content generated by the AI:

• Are generated automatically based on your data and general fitness knowledge.
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or recommendations that are not suitable for your specific situation.
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for training, health, or safety decisions.
• Do not constitute medical, health, or professional fitness advice.

You acknowledge and accept these limitations by using the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Garmin Connect and OpenAI. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect Service functionality.
• Data handling practices of third-party services (governed by their own terms and privacy policies).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarid Run and its owner(s), affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings. Upon termination:

• All your data will be permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy).
• Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
